You will design, develop and optimize these purification processes and provide crucial information for the upscaling. You will assist the teamlead in translating long term goals into day-to-day experiments. You will guide, mentor and train colleagues in their daily operations and data analysis. This will be hand-on, meaning that you will also set-up and operate the equipment, analyse the data, and propose strategies to further improve the process. You will report your results internally and assist in the preparation of technology transfer documentation for external partners. In addition, you will take responsibility in general lab tasks and use equipment in a safe and responsible way.
